Compare your sentence with these three questions:

Did it preserve Lena's agreement?
Did it preserve the condition and the missing reply?
Did it avoid claiming a confirmed screening?

Now the hall replies: “Power is available.” What can you safely update?

The power condition is satisfied. That alone does not establish that every other booking step is complete: the story never specified them.

The small trap: agreement, a satisfied condition, and a completed booking can be three different states.
